For handmade pieces, standard shipping payers must wait UP TO 3 weeks for production time and express shipping payers must wait UP TO 2 weeks before the order is shipping out. Custom designs are shipped out or available for pick up on discussed date during consultation meetings. General designs may vary on shipping **

These policies are accurate unless stated or discussed otherwise. Immediately after the order will be shipped out using USPS and allow a 2-5 day wait until receiving. An email with a tracking number will be sent out when shipped, any concerns or issues with the package after should be directly addressed with carrier. For any incorrect submissions of shipping address or sizing, please contact me as soon as possible through email.

RETURNS

Returns are not permitted unless there was a mistake on the business’ behalf such as wrong sizing or defected item. For a package that came damaged, please contact via email to discuss refunds options within the first 48 hours of package landing.
