Item Care
All garments are delicate. PLEASE reach out to De Oca if you have any questions/concerns prior to cleaning.
Shipping
Our pieces are handmade in DC — please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. Once your item is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs and assume responsibility once the order has been shipped from our studio.
Exchange Policy
All items are available for exchange or store credit. No refunds are permitted. Any store credit given to the customer can only be applied to a new order. Items must be returned in original conditions - NO returns on worn items. The returned items must be sent back to De Oca within 14 days.
